Shake well before use. Apply one teaspoon full (or use the famous 2-finger technique) evenly across your face, neck, and neckline before sun exposure. Using less than the recommended amount can compromise the product's efficacy. Reapply at least every 2 hours to maintain optimum protection levels. Also, it's a good idea to reapply more frequently after swimming, sweating, or after friction with a towel or sand.
